So many people pack onto our little peninsula that  just finding a parking spot at the beach can be nearly impossible at times! What about the other 8+ months of the year? As fall approaches and the boats start coming out of the water for the season, many people pack up their homes and return to a more permanent address for a while. This is precisely the time when we can step in to watch over your home. Let us provide you with the peace of mind you deserve knowing that your home is being cared for while you are away. We will set up an individual plan for each client depending on their specific needs. Some of the services we provide include:

• Post storm property checks
• Arrange & oversee any work being done
• Confirm heat is working & set to appropriate temperatures
• Check that all doors & windows are locked & no evidence of forced entry or vandalism
