Linens: Bed linens, sheets, bath towels and beach towels provided.
Trash storage/removal: Owner will provide trash bins and arrange for pickup.
Cleaning: Renter is responsible for leaving home in clean condition and paying for professional cleaning. Bell One will arrange cleaning service.
