Do you have a large extended family or many friends who will be visiting you while you vacation on Cape Cod this summer? Well, this is the house for you! It's like grandma's… old, charming, and comfortable for large family gatherings! You'll really enjoy the covered porch out front and the screened porch out back, as well as the village location just around the corner from Lowell Park and the Cotuit Kettleers summer ball games and the easy walk to the Cotuit Grocery store, the town dock, library, playground, and Kettle Ho restaurant and pub. This will be one summer vacation your family and friends will remember!

Bedrooms: 6 total (5 up 1 down); bedroom down has a set of twin beds, 1 bedroom up has a double bed, 2 bedrooms up have a single bed in each, 2 bedrooms up have a set of twin beds.
Baths: 2.5 1 tub has no shower.
Kitchen: Eat in, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Interior features: Living room has tv vcr. Additional sitting room on 1st floor. Brand new dishwasher, new stove and new refrigerator, washer and dryer in kitchen.
Exterior features: Outdoor shower, wrap-around covered porch, screened porch.
Beach access: Barnstable beach pass provided for use on all Barnstable beaches. Replacement cost is $275 taken from security deposit.
Cleaning: Sheets and towels are provided but beds are not made. Renters are responsible for washing linens and putting them back in the plastic bins. Owner recommends Five Star Cleaning (Allesandra: home: 508-778-8738 cell: 508-400-4964) to clean the house upon your departure. Remember to reserve any cleaning company early in the season!
