Bedrooms: 4 total (1 down 3 up), bedroom downstairs has single bed, upstairs 2 bedrooms have a set of twin beds each, and 1 bedroom has a full bed.
Baths: 2, downstairs bath has shower stall only.
Kitchen: Microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer in laundry room.
Interior features: Living room has tv and vcr, sitting room on 2nd floor.
Exterior features: Screened porch, outdoor patio eating area, no outdoor shower.
Beach access: Town of Barnstable beach pass is provided. Replacement cost is $275.
Linens: Bed linens and sheets provided, Beds should be made and ready to use.
Trash storage/removal: Owner will provide trash bins and arrange for pickup.
Cleaning: Renter is responsible for leaving house in clean condition. Owner will arrange for a cleaning person to come on the last day of the rental. The renter will be charged for the cleaning from the security deposit.
