Exterior features: Private backyard lawn, outdoor shower, no access to garage.
Linens: Owner will provide all bedding/towels.
Trash Storage/Pickup: Owner will arrange.
Cleaning: Renter responsible for paying cleaning service from security deposit. Approx. $175. Agent will arrange.
Beach access: Short walk to Rope's Beach. Barnstable beach pass provided.
