Baths: 3 full, 1 down, 2 up, no outdoor shower
Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, all appliances.
Interior features: living room has TV, VCR, DVD, no cable. Washer/dryer in basement.
Exterior features: Charcoal grill, private wooded location, outside dining area.
Linens: Owner will provide all bedding and towels.
Trash Storage/Pickup: Owner will provide pickup of trash.
Cleaning: Renter responsible for arranging/paying for professional cleaning service.
Beach access: Walk/bike to Oregon Beach. Barnstable beach pass MAY be provided for rentals of 2+ weeks.
Directions: All the way down Main St. to the end past split rail fence onto Vineyard Rd. Stay left at the fork, follow road to #245 on right.
