Interior features: TV room plus livingroom, sliders to deck, central a/c.
Exterior features: Private back yard deck and yard, outdoor shower, lovely grounds, fenced yard.
Linens: Owner provides all linens/towels
Trash Storage/Pickup: Owners will arrange.
Cleaning: Renters responsible for arranging/paying cleaning service, $50.
Beach access: Barnstable beach pass provided.
Directions: Route 28 to Main St. Right on Screecham Way. At Cotuit Place, left on Narrows Way.
