Interior features: TV with cable, DVD, internet hookup, fans, stereo.
Exterior features: Gas grill, grassy yard, outdoor deck dining area, outdoor shower.
Beach access: Walk to sandy beach on Nantucket Sound. No beach pass provided.
Linens: Bed linens, sheets, towels provided.
Trash storage/removal: Owner will provide trash bins and arrange for pickup.
Cleaning: Renter is responsible for leaving home in clean condition and paying for professional cleaning approx. $100.
Directions:Traveling east on Rte. 28 in Yarmouth, take a right on Seaview Ave just after crossing over Parker's River and the 1st right on Pawkannawkut.
