Cleaning: If she is available, the owners prefer that renters hire Ana Cerquiera (cell: 508-783-7075) to clean the home when they leave. The cost to clean the house varies. Renters can keep cleaning costs down by washing bedding and towels, cleaning out the refrigerator and leaving the home resonably neat. The cost for the cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit as well as any phone or computer use charges.
