Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, all appliances, central vac.
Interior features: Open living room, kitchen, dining area. Living room has 2 pull out sofas. Sliders to deck.
Exterior features: Private back yard deck and yard, outdoor shower.
Beach access: Included, provides access to Cotuit and all Barnstable beaches.
Directions: Main St. approx. 2 miles to School St. on right at gas station, take 3rd left on Grove St. house is on the left.
